Hacking Configurable USB Loader Questions on vWii

I have some questions about configurable usb loader.

1.Is it safe to install a game from disk to usb drive on wii u's vWii?
2.What does dump BCA mean and what does it do?

1. Yes.
2. BCA is a copy protection (Burst Cutting Area), introduced with NSMB I think. I don't think you need to bother with it if you have the latest version of the USB loader...
