So, with the confrences kicking off later today, what news do you think they will bring?

Release Date: Last week of March 2011
Price: £149.99

I know my price is cheaper than most other predictions, but are they really likey to charge more than the price of the Wii?

You are forgetting a number of things.
1. Wii is 5 years old
2. Nintendo loves to make profit on the hardware it sells
3. DSi was priced at £149.99 when launched so expect this to be higher, i.e new tech etc?
4. My guess £179.49 or higher ;P

18 or 25 march (but 18 march launch line is crappy, games will be available on 25 anyway).
25000yen, 249.9999999 €/$us/au/can
why won't they stop with those crappy prices, just sell it 250 dammit !
Nintendo aren't aware that currencies are different in every countries.

I think only UK will have a different price, and I bet they won't be part of EU area (like PS3 zone, PAL games have "not to sell in UK" written on them).
Or else, every European would import UK games as English could be launched before the other languages, and they are cheaper.

I bet US release will be March 18, 2011 and UK/Australia release will be March 25, 2011.
US Price - US$249.99
UK Price - 229 Pounds

This is just my speculation.

EDIT: Maybe UK Price will be 209 Pounds, because 229 is extremely expensive.

I expect it to come out in the last two weeks of March.
Price... From $230 - $280 .
Thread is useless but still fun.

I bet Australian price will be AU$269.99.
The Japanese price is already about US$300, and the dollar is now pretty weak.

The Australian price is $350 so I guess convert that to Euros and lower the price by a bit?
Well i guess you saw that on EBGames website.
They say that cause they are accepting pre-orders.
People would get pretty mad if the price ended up being more then they said.
So they are just putting what they think will be the max possibilty of the price.
That way people will be like, oh that's nice the 3ds is cheaper then they said on the website, rather than RAWR I CANT PAY THIS MUCH AND I PRETTY MUCH HAVE TO SINCE I GAVE $50 IM GOING TO DEMAND A REFUND!

Price: £200
Launch: March 25th
Launch Titles: Nintendogs & Cats, Ridge Racer, Pilotwings, Ocarina of Time 3DS

Other Titles announced: F-Zero 3DS

MGS at launch

I don't think so. MGS was only a tech demo at E3. If anything, they might have gone and re-did the whole thing. I think we'd be lucky if anyone got it before the end of the year.

Anyways, I predict...

$250 or more at launch price.

Middle to late March release date.

Im praying for $256-$300 Australian, so i dont have to save as much cash, Games im hopin for $50-$70 and in the middle of march for Australian release date
No worries, since the dollar is now weak and is now close to par with the Australian dollar.
I bet the price will be the same or just slightly higher than the US SRP.

They have a bad habit of ignoring the official exchange rate. I will probably import the 3ds any way because of region locking.

How much longer until it starts?

It is worse in Singapore. Prices here are more expensive.

I will import one as well, and find a 240V charger.
