Is there any brand where I can pull apart the Audio Portion? I wish to plug the RBG cables into my TV, and the RW(Audio Cables) into my Receiver.

If not, then I guess ill have to get an AV extender...

Unless you want to disect the cable... no... Just get an extender because unless you know what to do you will just destroy it.

it is already setup that way. composite cables come with 5 outputs. RBG for video and RW for audio.

You dont understand.

I wish to connect the Video portion to my TV, and then 2 feet away connect the audio portion to my Home Theatre receiver.

Are the cables not joined, where it could be pulled apart just like composite cable? (Right now, my composite cable is split. I have the yellow cable connected to my TV, and the Red & White cables connected to my receiver.)

Or is splitting them not possible and I would require an extender? Does any other component brand allow the cable to be split?

By split, I dont mean cutting any wire. I mean physically separating the cables.

Heres a picture of what I mean:

Is it possible to do the same thing with the Component Cables?

Assuming its the same product that is in the picture on the site it would not be able to be "split" like you want, you would actually have to cut the wire and most likely have to use something 2 connect 2 cut wires to each other for the audio.

well, you don't understand. that pic is for RCA composite cables. red/white for audio and yellow for video. With component you still have the red/white audio but the yellow video output is replaced with a set of red green blue.

I know what the difference between Compononent (RGB) and RCA / Composite (Y).

The pic showed how I had split the yellow cable away as it used to be joined.

I was asking if the component cables' audio (Red and White) could be split as well, just like how I had split the yellow cable in from the Composite.

Your right:

Im not gonna be able to split that because the thing in the red box is in the way.

Are there any component cables that dont have that, but is just one continous wire?

And a month to recieve. Id pay that extra just for the ability to get it with in 3 weeks+ to recieve it. And chances are higher quality build.
