Hacking Complete wii reset?

I did anything wrong with my preloader and now I cant play games.
I reset my wii and now I had nothing

Is there a way to reset your wii complete?
I reset my wii trough nintendo and my disc channel cant play games.
I had 3.2e and now I cant use twilight hack

Can you reset your wii complete with all normal titles????
