There's no reason to stay on Arm9LoaderHax anymore anyways. Once you're on Boot9Strap, you can also use the latest version of LumaUpdater so you won't have to manually put new versions on your SD card anyways.
You can get LumaUpdater at https://github.com/KunoichiZ/lumaupdate/releases/tag/v2.3. Just put the CIA on your SD card and install it with FBI. If you don't have FBI, just follow https://3ds.hacks.guide/finalizing-setup, which is from the same guide as the A9LH to B9S one linked above.
