Homebrew Compiling z26-3ds?

I wanted to download the version of z26-3ds, an atari 2600 emulator for nintendo 3ds, but it appears not to be pre-compiled. Any idea how to compile this?

nop90 made this emulator, and you can find it on his github. (I can't post link because new user :/)

You might try the fist link for z26. The second link is Stella for the ds.

Github sources are newer than latest available build. I hope somebody could compile it and post resulting 3dsx here
