in the US.
Released in EUR may 30th. (according to both IGN & Gamespot)

Albeit I haven't seen it in shops & play.com has it as "Coming soon". Amazon has it as not in stock aswell.

According to HMV, Gamestation & Zavvi it'll be in stock today. Will be out in town later so if I see it I'll report back.

HMV: They will be stocking it but they never can get any copies.
Zavvi: Its disappeared from their list.
Game: Not on their "immediate release list" won't be stocking it unless people pre-order it first but asked if I wanted to reserve "Cooking Guide: Can't Decide What To Eat?"

Gamestation: The chick asked her manager, he came out and said that its down on their list for July 11th release.

i pay for the games i want, and believe it or not (dont care), if a game gets delayed again and again with no reason while im waiting for it, i tend to desist on buyin it, but not on playin it whenever its released.

some might say "... you should give the devs some more time to get the game you want fully finished"... i say BULLSHIT, most of the time, games get delayed not because of the devs, but for the distributors or publishers.

Why would a game get delayed for "no reason?" Obviously there's a reason for it. Who knows what it is, maybe it's based on game development, maybe it's based on business, maybe it's based on putting the final product together and getting everything in order.

If this is really your reason for not buying it, and going to the store only to be disappointed is what causes it, why don't you spend 5 minutes calling the store beforehand or checking the internet? That's why it seems like a half-assed justification, honestly.


Look, most nearly everybody on this website pirates games, music, movies, software, whatever. Even if you buy the product afterwards, like some of us do, it's still piracy. The difference, however, is that some of us just accept that this is a moral grey area and admit to treading the line (or leaping over it). Trying to justify it like these companies owe something to you and are cheating you by delaying a product by a few weeks just comes off as desperate.
