try to put the .ckx files (x is for 1,2 or 3) With the .nds file into one folder(without subfolders as episode 1).
but on the cyclo ds evolution, the game doesnt even start (only a lot of symbols on the bottom screen.)

I was using a m3 real with a 3 in 1 expansion and there were lot of symbols on the bottom screen but then i took the expansion out and it worked fine

i toke my supercard out and now it works fine

i toke my supercard out and now it works fine

I think it also works for Pizza Worm DS, Warcraft Tower Defense and Sonic (3D Tech Demo).
