I was just playing a LAN game with a friend, and was desperately trying to destroy his Proton Collider. Both my Supreme Time Bomb and my Surgical Strike were ready, and I deployed them as close as I can while the cursor was still white, and nothing happened. The System voice said nothing and it just refused to deploy. I'd launched those on it before during that game, so why wouldn't they launch then?
