I have rigged a shelf above my TV for PS4 Eye and a future Kinect X1. Problem is, only one fits in the middle. Are there some kind of stand that can hold and center both cameras?

Have you considered putting one camera on-top of the TV with a clip and one on the bottom on a stand? That allows both of them to be centered.
