Hacking coding for ex3-in-1

I know there aren't many coders in here, but does anyone know how to code a gba thingumy for the 3-in-1. I have been looking at the nds station source, and im attempting to get it to work using FAT instead of EFS, also making it work in palib, but im not doing to well. It seems to copy the file to the cart, then switched to gba mode, but the games never start.

anyone any good with this sort of thing? or could someone point me in the direction of people who know?
