Gaming COD5

I have an NTSC-US copy of COD5. But I also have a PAL save of it. Will the PAL save work on NTSC version? If not, can I convert it to make it work? Thanks.

propably "no" to both.
But I didn't research into that problem for one year or so. (had a different region save for "heatseeker"...in the end, I had to play it myself...was fun though :-)
