Gaming COD:MWR connection question

if i have a pal version on my hard drive and i am in a NTSC region well that effect who i play online and my connection since i am not haveing the greatest in connection and in my NTSC copy of WaW i have great connection

yeah but i am woundering is if its a pal game does it look for pal users?
