Hacking Cloning Emunand/SD Card

Hello,

I have a old 3DS XL with a Gateway card that I got all set up a few months back. Last night I switched to rxtools which works beautifully. I love that rxtools was able to use my pre-existing Gateway emunand with all my games and game saves. Was not looking forward to reinstalling CIAs.

Now I want to pick up another old 3DS XL for my nephew. I want to know if it's possible to clone my existing Emunand/SD Card so that I don't have to reinstall everything. I've seen the emunand tools thread, so I know it's possible. However, my concern is that the NNID would be the same on both devices which might cause issues with online playing or something else.

So can I clone my Emunand/SD Card and then do something to change the NNID or whatever to make it unique?

emunand is specific to the 3DS it was created on and you can't use it on another 3DS. So you will have to start fresh on the new one.
