Hacking Clock on GC Backup Loader is wrong

Hi I am using the 0.2 gamecube backup launcher for the Wii and when I am playing Pokemon Channel (Yes I know its ridiculous but I wanted to try it) the clock is always set to 12:00 AM. Is this a bug? Is there a fix? because I can't really get any further in the game until I find out...

This IS a bug.
Because this only deeply effects a minority of gamecube games, the developer didn't feel the need to attend to this issue.

Gamecube games load the time from the gamecube's internal clock, which isn't present, of course, on a Wii.
The gamecube backup launcher is currently unable to access the Wii's system clock during a game, giving you this bug.

Pokemon channel is indeed a good game. I rented it years back and I loved it =)
Sorry about your problem, but it is unlikely to be fixed any time soon :/
