Hacking Clean NAND dump 4.2e. How?

I would like to create a "Clean" dump for use with Sneek.

How can I do this? Which IOS's do I need? ( I only plan to run wiiware and vc)
Which files do I need from my real nand dump to make it work with my wii?

I know I need the system menu and its required IOS. Also I believe I need the EULA and RegionSelect channels.
I know I can get those things using NUSD. I am just unsure of what else I need ie other ios's required etc.
