Hello. I was messing around with my 3ds and administer more current than normally through the battery terminals. It was weird, first the orange light came up and then it just died. I opened it up and found out the eprom heats up really quick as soon as I plug the battery, even if I doesnt try turning it on, If I try nothing happens.

Not sure what you mean with "eprom" but the PMIC surely is fried it sounds like. You can't repair that at home without a rework station. Dump the whole thing as defective on ebay or sell the parts (later probably gives more money).

I thought it was an eprom. Its the big IC chip on the opposite side of the battery connector. The weird parts is that all the fuses are ok
