Maybe you are right but piracy most of the time that selling products. Look to the Microsoft Lumias, we cant root/jailbreak those. So Microsoft hasnt good selling. But every android phones have root and custom roms. So android devices everywhere! I choiced the android phone because I am using Cyanogenmod

The N3DS only goes up to 9.5 what does that mean I already know what an emunand is but does that mean us 10.3 N3DS users are limited to no cias?

Yeah. If users have easy access to piracy, they don't buy the games. No sells = No profit for devs. No profit = No desire to develop for the platform.

You would first downgrade to 9.2.0-20 and then fallow the steps to creating the emuNAND on your system so that you could use more then just the "legit" .CIA files.

In fact, a while ago Nintendo was LOSING money by selling the hardware. The money loss on a 3DS is a sort of investment to know that people will be buying the games, which are a lost cheaper to make. But if nobody buys the games because of piracy well...

Believe me, you're in the minority. I actually want CFW to backup my 30+ physical game library. It's a pain in the ass to switch cartridges every time.

I have an O3DSXL but I'm basically in the same mindset.

I do the same, sometimes keeping an eye out to buy the older game carts like GBC and such. But unfortunately not everyone is like that.

I find that hard to believe. The 3DS specs are cheap and obsolete, and the console sells for profit at this point.
