Why does this matter/how does this help? Cant you minimize or hide the debug console window with the click of a mouse? Id think actually disabling the debug output would give a boost to performance although very slight but i cant see much use in a script that does what one click could do.

Exactly, Think of it as a replacement to citra-qt.exe without the debug console at all.Some people don't want to have debug window at all if they are not developers.
