Since CIOSCORP only boots the disc region, would a 'Force NTSC' mode ever be available/possible?

I think removing this is a good idea - too many noobs will be bricking their wii's with this - its best to make them do a load of reaearch and make them realise that this is a great idea in theory but that its still experimental and needs to be installed by someone who is fully aware of their actions and some knowlegde of the workings of the wii.
