I haven't been in the wii scene since 09-10 and I want to know what is the most up to date launcher? If you guys recommend something more modern please do so. Thanks

cIOSCORP and DARKCORP are outdated.
As Joostin said, USB Loaders are the the recommended way of loading games now. Check out a few of the popular ones that are stickied in this subforum. (I personally like Configurable USB Loader, but there is a beta of USB Loader GX that I think looks quite nice)
If you are still after a Disc Channel loading solution... maybe give this a read.
