Well I read around and apparently, official GC games can not be booted once CIOSCORP is installed.

This is partly true. I installed CIOSCORP myself and my official GC games could not be booted from the disc channel. However, I did manage to boot them using emu_kidd's GCBOOTER that was released a while ago. Even though this is not an ideal fix, it does the job.

i dont think CIOSCORP caused the problem you need to remove the Starfall patch GC region free games to fix your Prob

Also i do not use CIOSCORP myself, So i'm not 100%sure

I installed Riiski, which included CIOSCORP, and I have no problems at all running GC games from the disc channel. Something on your Wii is messed up. A bad install of a file might be the cause.
