There is so many threads asking about this already.

But well, if i am not wrong

    Latest is cIOS 13b.
    Stable is cIOS 10.

Indepth explanation as to why, please do a search. I am 101% sure someone already explained this before but it has got to do with 002 error fix or something along that line.

    *EDIT: Thanks for correcting me!

The most recent is cios rev13b. But the most stable is rev 10. With the 13's, they enable usb support, but the usb hd has to be in the bottom usb. Also, some games dont work with a and some do with b. Im still on 12 cause its not buggy for me.

i hope i dont confuse anyone, one more thing to add since in waninkoko's blog says that he released cios38 rev 13 & cios38 rev 13b
in other words in case people have not noticed the original rev 13 is known as rev13a there was no real release for rev13a, from the posts i been seeing is that theres a rev13, rev 13a, and rev13b noooo only rev 13 (A.K.A rev13a ), and of course rev 13b.
