Hacking cIOS rev14 + Menu v1.2 patches?

cioscorp replacement? I haven't seen any topics floating around about Menu v1.2. I can only assume that cIOS rev14 was a little faulty or it just opened the gate for menu 1.2 to patch the disc channel. If anyone could explain i'd appreciate it. I'm current on cIOS rev10 and just use neogamma instead of messing with cioscorp (though i see there is a new version out...)
