Guys, NCIX in Canada is like THE place to get your computer parts.
So a faulty SD card from them?
Seems a bit absurd.
Did you try exchanging it for another one at least, they have a good policy.

i bought it a few months ago, Im gonna give it another try after a full 32kb format with the emunand, then determine if its broken. will report back in a few hours. Bad sectors may be causing this mess up.

there is no chance this is the 2DS's fault right.

Ok so its fixed now, a complete format and a reload did solve the issue fortunately. the bigbluemenu is working as it should finally.
