Hacking CIA's disapearing from emuNAND.

I have cakes CFW installed, but the CIAs i have installed on the emuNand keep disapearing. the CIAs in question are FBI, tinyformat, and the homebrew launcher. I encounter the same problem on sysNAND with pasta running.

Any tips or tricks?

have you unlinked the nands cause thats what it sounds likethe cause is. saying that surprised anyone still uses cakes CFW considering all his features got implemented in rxtools along with pasta and region free

I have unlinked my NANDS, but I thought thats what i was supposed to do. Can I clear cakes off my 3ds using EmuNAND9 and install RXtools?
