Homebrew CIA requires seed

I cannot for the live of me figure out how to use hydroseed lol can anyone help me? (my 3ds wifi is messed up so I cannnot get the seeds via FBI.) help would be so appreicated.

You can do it manually by searching online for the seed file, look up the titleID of the game, when you find the seed file put it in SD:/FBI/Seed directory, if you don't have the folders there just create them yourself.
