Hacking cia problem loading games help

ok looking for help obviously
I used devmenu blueboxmenu and used I did the conversion with the help of another thread

I followed everything to the letter
I converted them with region removed fw spoofing added direct pley added
it all went well but when but when I install the .cia they have no problem till I try to load they get stuck at the 3ds loading screen
