Hacking CIA on SySnand?

I downgraded from 10.3 with SySupdater and to 4.5 with gateway.
I installed a few CIA's like BigBlueMenu or AC:HHD in EmuNand or SySnand (rxMode),but when I power on the 3DS with normal SySnand, it says "Failed to start, redownload form eShop".
How can I install cia's and use them without starting rxMode?
O3ds 9.2 (MSET4.5) rxTools 3.0ES with Pasta.

If the you are installing unsigned cia's and trying to run them without custom firmware (like rxTools emuNAND/sysNAND) then they won't open obviously. You need to be in RX-E or RX-S mode. I believe if you're in Pasta cfw, they should work as well. Also, why did you downgrade to 4.5? You should be on 9.2 firmware ideally.

You can downgrade your MSET on 9.2 if you are really set on using that method to load up rxTools. There are better ways though, like autoboot.
