If I drag a .cia to my sd card and install it will it create another copy? or just say its installed? example if I have a cia thats 1 gb and i install it will I have the 1 gb cia on my sd card and the new installed one for another cia?

So when you move a .cia into the cias folder.. and use bluemenu to install it does it create a copy of the cia from the cia folder or does it just leave it there and not create another one?
okay thanks cause I have 20gbs worth of cia files and I dont have the space to have all 20 copied Ill just install and delete
