Hacking CIA Installation Question

Hello, I was wondering what would happen if I install a cia that is already installed in my 3DS? Specifically MHXX, I already have it, and want to install the cia with the english patch, and I'm not sure if I have to delete the game first.

If the title ID matches the previous CIA, it'll override the previous CIA. If the title ID matches, back up your save file first with JKSM.

Oh, ok. Thanks for that info. It should be the same tite ID, right? I mean, it's the same game, only with some translations.
