Hacking CIA files + Gateway 2.6b release

Hi, hope you can help me, i installed everything like it is explained here, but there is no DLC for New Super Mario Bros. 2 avilable/visible. Game installation an DLC installtion runs without any problems and i can play the game directly from the menu in Gateway mode. But there seems to be no DLC. What's wrong?

Yes, first world done. I can only see 3 DLCs.

I played the levels without the extra levels, those to pay with starcoins. Not collected all starcoins.
Further information, i'm on Gateway 3.5.1, Emunand 10.3.
