Am Really Curious About this Since I'm downloading CIA files with tag on it
Im using Old 3DS With Luma Installed and its on latest ver

As far as I know:
RF = Region Free
FS = Firmware Spoof (typically this was done for CIAs to run on 4.x or on 9.5 for N3DS)

Neither are really necessary anymore with emuNAND and/or A9LH.

RF means region free so if your using a cfw that doesn't patch region free (What cfw doesn't though?) and FS means firmware spoof if your purposely staying on a older firmware you can play the game without updating the console.

OH last thing and its kinda bit of a off topic
Is it ok If i back up all of the SD Card Contents? In case if The SD Card Broken Or Corrupted?
Are you using emunand or a9lh sysnand?
If a9lh sysnand then just copy all the files on the sd card to your computer and copy it to a different sd card if you want.
If emunand you need to do something to move the emunand partion but I don't remember how

What about installed games from 3DS? What will happen to it?
All installed 3ds games are saved on your sd card. Specifically the "Nintendo 3ds" folder. You can copy the files from one sd card to a different one and they will be their.
