    As far as I know:
    RF = Region Free
    FS = Firmware Spoof (typically this was done for CIAs to run on 4.x or on 9.5 for N3DS)

    Neither are really necessary anymore with emuNAND and/or A9LH.

    RF means region free so if your using a cfw that doesn't patch region free (What cfw doesn't though?) and FS means firmware spoof if your purposely staying on a older firmware you can play the game without updating the console.

    Yes. RF and FS is only really useful if you choose to use an outdated cfw whcih your not because your using luma.

    Are you using emunand or a9lh sysnand?
    If a9lh sysnand then just copy all the files on the sd card to your computer and copy it to a different sd card if you want.
    If emunand you need to do something to move the emunand partion but I don't remember how

    Yes, but if you have emuNAND you have to back up that separately (using emuNAND9)
    Edit: :ninja:

    All installed 3ds games are saved on your sd card. Specifically the "Nintendo 3ds" folder. You can copy the files from one sd card to a different one and they will be their.

    Saves are stored on the card too. NNID and Other online stuff is stored in NAND
