Gaming .cht request

I really don't know if this is the right spot, but

I don't have a pc atm, and I'm playing uncharted waters on the snes9x virtual console on my n3ds, but I can't find, nor do i know how to make, a .cht file with cheats on my phone.

Is there any way I can request the file from anyone, or if someone already has one they can link me to so I can download it?

If this is the wrong place to ask, I'm open to be corrected and directed.

I don't actually know if that's the code format that's needed. I only know it has to be a .cht file. I feel stupid

I figured this out, so it can be deleted or whatever, but I'll post how I did it

I downloaded a backup rom of the same game, and used snes9x on my phone, loaded the rom, went to the cheat option on snes9x and entered the cheat then saved the games state. That created a .cht file, which I moved to the proper folder (..sdmc/snes) on my n3ds and woolah.
