Homebrew CHT Editor?

Hey,
I'm using Retroarch for switch,
I have just downloaded the cheat files through the online update method within retroarch and I'd like to add my cheats to the CHT files..

Is there a way to edit them?

HxD + Notepad++ wont open them.. (Well they will but its gibberish)

This isn't an editor but its pretty damn good, and it's packed with cheats better than retroarchs
