Chip switchme, how i can use it?

hi, they delivered me a console to which I replaced the charging connector (type c) and I basically discovered a modchip that they had never seen.

I start by saying that I started making mods with the picofly.

Apart from the horror that I felt seeing the work that had been done (after the photos), once the connector was replaced I tried to put a little order in the wiring.

Now, my question is:
How do I start in modification mode with this chip?
If from off, I turn on the console with the volume buttons, a chip menu appears, but not hekate.

It's basically modchip to press the button and jig for you.

I started directly with rp2040.

Could I have instructions for use?
