Hacking "Checking whether this software can be played..."

I installed mario kart on my switch and when i try to open it it says "Checking whether this software can be played..." and then asks to turn on the wifi.
There is not an error code.
I tried by backing up my sdcard and then formatting it and i also tried on 2 different versions (1.7.1 and 1.7.2)
