So whenever I try playing a physical cart game, I would get the message "checking if the software can be played". They never could though so presently I'm just locked out of all my physical games. All eshop downloads still work fine though.
The usual fix for this is to set the switch as your primary. But I only ever had one Switch, and one account, and no other Nintendo consoles. The games where I am getting this issues are all cart based, not digital or pirated.
I have been banned so I don't think Nintendo will help me if I call them, and I cannot connect to the network either.
Is there any solution to this? Thank you!
