Cheats or patch files?
You need to have "game patching" enabled in Luma3ds Menu (hold select on boot to access it), then put the patch files inside sd:/luma/titles iirc.

So what do we do if there's no titles folder?

Yeah, I've tried that. Still, I'm trying to mod a FE game for more support conversations, and it doesn't seem to work. I've tried with a new save file and nothing. Does anyone know why?
