ROM Hack Cheating Without SX?

Is it possible to use cheats without the SX mod? Like on Atmosphere or Kosmos or something like that?

You can use Edizon on Atmosphere cfw to use or create cheats. Cheats that were created on sx os can be used with Atmosphere. Atmosphere is free & rocks.

Sadly EdiZon is limited to album applet, it’s bound to crash depending on the game you want scan :/
