ROM Hack Cheating on 3DS

Hey Guys (and Girls),

I'm new to this whole savegame editing thing and there's just soooooooo much information out there so it's almost impossible to get the information you need without reading through everything. So I try it this way. I hope noone gets mad

I recently discovered the PKHex thing while looking for some cheats for Pokemon Y and now I wonder if there is a way to do this also for Harvest Moon: A Tale of two towns and Harvest Moon: A new beginning or any other game. Espacially for eShop downloads.

Is there a tool to make your own cheats (like Cheat Engine on the PC) or a way to use AR Codes on the 3DS?

And if yes, how? I have an old 3DS XL running 10.1.0.27 (EUR). I have the Homebrew Channel and the save_manager installed.

Yes there is. Look up Flare Games on youtube. He teaches you how to make Basic Ram code for games such as MK7. It uses Cheat Engine

Yup, you can't use AR Codes or anything on your firmare. The only thing you can do is save editing.

Since your on 10.1, you can only save edit files. You can't use custom firmware as you must be below 9.2 to use them. You can't also downgrade
