Hacking Cheat Intructions

Sorry, I don't know if this is a double or not but I couldn't find the information.

On the cheat file by Narin, It says check thread instructions too big. but I can't seem to find the thread for this. Can anyone help?

P.S. I wasn't sure if this is the right section for this either.

ive looked at that link a few times already i cant find the instructions
