Would it be possible to turn off EXP gain via a cheat? I know there are in-game items that can do this, but I haven't reached the point where they're available and my party is very overleved; I don't want them to gain any more levels.

I've looked at existing EXP multiplier cheats but I wouldn't know what to change or if it's even possible. Thanks!
