thats easy. Assassins creed 3 is a sort of emulated game. There are 2 games in that main file and that mastercode is a pointer to the beginning of the main.nso to each game.
So basicly the main.nso for assassins creed is only the main menu
The games nso is in another part of that file and to acces that you need that pointer.

Changing file name to match you BID is like changing the use by sticker, the food is still expired. Replace the food, don't mess with the sticker.
