For wulverblade you should ask @ZiT866. he made cheats already. I will look for the other 3

Yeah Wulverblade 1.3.0 would be nice. The gamecard version of the game is 1.3.0. It installed the update automatically, when i insert it and started the Game.

Could I request a Hat in time , I start playing with the cheats but inf health and moonjump stop working after the second stage or level .

I'll make some streets of rage codes today after work. Best thing about this game collection is that for the basic stuff, it just requires searching in Main memory. I forgot who asked but searching 8 and 16 bit values for sega master collection is the best option. Unless you're trying to do something like moonjumps etc.
