Hacking Cheapest place for SKY3DS?

Hi guys and gals, wheres the cheapest place to get SKY3DS? i don't mind ordering from China, i already have a couple of gateway cards, but my stepson is on 9.4 so he has no choice but to get a SKY3DS card :/

Ebay doesn't allow flashcarts.

Aliexpress has it pretty cheap. I have seen them for $68.
If you speak to the seller's and buy multiple then you can even ask for further discounts.
