Hacking Cheapest option?

I am looking for a flashcard in DS mode that works in the latest versions, does not have timebomb, has a kernel updated by the community and, above all, an economic model.
Suggestions? Maybe some kind of R4?

I'm looking for something basic, it's for my girlfriend, who wants to play DS Pokémon games.
I think there are some for about 7-8 $ / € and that's what I'm interested in.

I feel being overwhelming, but I do not understand what functions these 2 cards lack (since they are very cheap) and not even the difference between them.
