Hardware Cheap USB LAN cable

I'm looking to buy a cheap USB-LAN cable for my Wii U because the WiFi isn't very good and YouTube drops at times so I was looking to buy one, but will any work or has to be specific?

I would stick to the official (Nintendo) or the Datel ones. Both work on the Wii U just fine. I own the Datel branded one and have had zero problems with it. from what I can recall, only a few chipsets work with the Wii/U.

the Datel and Nintendo ones use the ASIX AX88772 chipset so that would explain why the Datel one works identically to the Nintendo one.
technically, any adapter with a ASIX AX88772 chipset *should* work.

I cannot speak for other 3rd party adapters tho.

Also, the one you posted will not work as it has a qr9700 chipset.
