Hacking Cheap decent Flash card

Hey there. Im looking for a cheap basic DS flashcard for my 3ds. It doesn't really have to be anything fancy, just needs to be able to play DS games. Also, my only payment option is Paypal, and i live in the netherlands.

Acekard 2i all the way. I have no idea how to setup cheats on my r4 and the acekard comes with a built in db, and doesn't have the useless extras like internet browser and email

Just keep in mind using an Acekard 2i over firmware 4.x (Blocked post-4.3, I think?) requires a CFW, since it was blocked then, and you need a patched TWL_FIRM to revive it.

Not for a downgraded blocklist, all you need is a legit CIA installer.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I live in the Netherlands, and can really only pay with PayPal. Any recommended shops?

Also, i used Gateway in the past. (Blue and Red card) So i did install the DS card cia file. The Blue Gateway card however, is broken.
