You also need to give a server when mentioning an irc channel (which starts with # btw).
#channelX on irc.somesitehere.net is different from #channelX on irc.lolinternet.net

Oh really, I didn't know.

Anyway, I didn't give it because it gives warez on the channel. A quick google and you'll have the website and instructions on how to use it.
